Use this skill to expose publication and update dates.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Add `datePublished` and `dateModified` in JSON-LD for dated content.
- Include visible or meta publication and update dates when useful.
- Set HTTP `Last-Modified` when the origin can do so accurately.
