Use this skill to publish a discoverable OpenAPI or Swagger description for site APIs.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Publish valid OpenAPI 3.x or Swagger 2.0 JSON or YAML.
- Include API `info`, paths, operations, and response schemas where available.
- Link the document from API catalog metadata or response `Link` headers when possible.
