# TDMRep

Use this skill to publish text and data mining reservation metadata when the rightsholder needs a machine-readable TDM policy signal.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Publish `/.well-known/tdmrep.json` as valid JSON.
- Include an array of rule objects with `location` and `tdm-reservation` set to `0` or `1`.
- Add `tdm-policy` when the site offers policy or licensing details for TDM access.
- Keep the declaration consistent with robots.txt and legal policy pages.
