Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of CanAgentUse, including accounts, scanning permission, reports, payments, acceptable use, and limitations.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CanAgentUse, available at https://canagentuse.com and operated by BucleLabs Pvt. Ltd. (“BucleLabs,” “CanAgentUse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using CanAgentUse, creating an account, starting a scan, purchasing a plan, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CanAgentUse.

1. Who We Are

2. The Service

CanAgentUse provides tools for scanning websites and generating reports related to agent-readiness, AI bot accessibility, technical discoverability, policy exposure, and related website-readiness signals.

The Service may include website scans, reports, dashboards, recommendations, documentation checks, API checks, integrations, paid plans, and other related features.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CanAgentUse.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have the legal authority to accept these Terms;
  • If you use CanAgentUse on behalf of a company or organization, you are authorized to bind that company or organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information;
  • Keeping your login credentials secure;
  • All activity that occurs under your account;
  • Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Permission to Scan Websites

By submitting a website, URL, domain, API endpoint, or other resource to CanAgentUse for scanning, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, authority, or permission to submit that resource for scanning.

You must not use CanAgentUse to scan websites, systems, endpoints, or resources that you do not own, control, operate, or have permission to test.

You authorize CanAgentUse to access, fetch, analyze, and process the submitted website or resource solely for the purpose of providing scans, reports, diagnostics, recommendations, abuse prevention, service improvement, and related Service functionality.

6. Scan Results and Reports

CanAgentUse may generate scan results, reports, scores, recommendations, warnings, and other outputs.

Scan results are provided for informational and technical-assistance purposes only.

CanAgentUse does not guarantee that:

  • A website is fully agent-ready;
  • A website is compliant with any law, regulation, standard, protocol, or platform policy;
  • A website will be correctly interpreted by AI agents, bots, crawlers, search engines, or third-party platforms;
  • All issues, risks, bugs, misconfigurations, or policy problems will be detected;
  • Any recommendation will be suitable for your specific use case.

You are responsible for reviewing scan results and deciding whether and how to act on them.

7. No Legal, Security, or Compliance Advice

CanAgentUse does not provide legal, security, compliance, audit, or professional advice.

Reports, warnings, scores, and recommendations are not a substitute for legal review, security testing, compliance audits, accessibility reviews, or professional technical judgment.

You are solely responsible for your website, policies, infrastructure, and compliance obligations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CanAgentUse to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
  • Scan, test, crawl, probe, or analyze systems without authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, quotas, authentication, or access controls;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms;
  • Upload, submit, or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content;
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or benchmark it for competitive purposes without our written permission;
  • Misrepresent scan results or imply endorsement by CanAgentUse;
  • Abuse free trials, promotions, credits, or referral systems;
  • Use automated scripts or bots against CanAgentUse except through approved APIs or documented integrations;
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage BucleLabs, CanAgentUse, our users, or third parties.

We may investigate and take action against suspected abuse, including suspension, termination, rate limiting, or blocking access.

9. Plans, Fees, and Payments

CanAgentUse may offer free plans, paid plans, one-time purchases, subscriptions, usage-based features, credits, or other paid services.

Paid features, prices, limits, and billing terms will be shown at checkout, in the product, or in plan documentation.

By purchasing a paid plan or feature, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other charges using your selected payment method.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Some paid plans may renew automatically on a recurring basis, such as monthly or annually.

By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel the subscription.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund fees already paid.

If payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade your plan, suspend access, remove paid features, or terminate the subscription.

11. One-Time Payments

Some features may be offered through one-time payments.

One-time payments provide access only to the specific feature, scan, credit, report, or service described at checkout or in the relevant product page.

12. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or government charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our income.

13. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

We may, at our discretion, offer refunds, credits, or exceptions in specific cases. Providing a refund or credit once does not require us to do so again.

14. Plan Limits and Fair Use

Plans may include limits such as number of scans, domains, reports, users, API calls, retention periods, or other usage limits.

We may enforce plan limits technically or manually.

If your usage is excessive, abusive, harmful, or materially higher than normal usage for your plan, we may contact you, require you to upgrade, restrict usage, apply rate limits, or suspend access.

15. Your Content

“Your Content” means information you submit to CanAgentUse, including account information, website URLs, domains, configuration details, scan inputs, and other materials you provide.

You retain ownership of Your Content.

You grant BucleLabs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use Your Content as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service;
  • Generate scan results and reports;
  • Operate accounts and dashboards;
  • Provide support;
  • Prevent abuse and secure the Service;
  • Improve reliability and product functionality;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use submitted websites, personal information, scan inputs, or scan results to train AI models.

16. Our Intellectual Property

CanAgentUse, including the website, software, design, code, systems, models, workflows, databases, reports, scoring methods, templates, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by BucleLabs or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may use CanAgentUse only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from CanAgentUse except where expressly permitted by law or with our written permission.

17. Use of Reports

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use scan reports generated for your own websites or authorized properties for internal business, technical, operational, and compliance-review purposes.

You may share reports with your team, contractors, customers, or partners as needed for legitimate business purposes.

You may not resell, repackage, misrepresent, or commercially exploit CanAgentUse reports as a standalone competing service without our written permission.

18. Public or Shared Report Links

CanAgentUse may allow you to create, access, or share report links.

You are responsible for deciding whether to share report links and with whom.

Anyone with access to a shared report link may be able to view the report, depending on the sharing settings available in the product.

We may disable, expire, or restrict report links for security, abuse-prevention, product, or legal reasons.

19. Third-Party Services

CanAgentUse may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, security providers, and advertising platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, products, content, actions, failures, or availability.

20. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using CanAgentUse, you acknowledge that we process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

21. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that CanAgentUse will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, security issues, or events beyond our control.

22. Beta Features

We may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or discontinued at any time.

You use beta features at your own risk.

23. Changes to the Service

We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may also change plan limits, pricing, quotas, scan behavior, report structure, or product functionality.

If we make material changes to paid plans, we will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.

24. Termination

You may stop using CanAgentUse at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CanAgentUse if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • You fail to pay applicable fees;
  • Your use creates risk for us, users, or third parties;
  • We suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized scanning, or unlawful activity;
  • We are required to do so by law;
  • We discontinue the Service or part of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute-resolution provisions.

25. Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting [email protected].

Deletion is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal, tax, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and compliance obligations.

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to scan history, reports, subscriptions, settings, and other account data.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

CanAgentUse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that scan results will be complete or accurate, or that all issues will be identified.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BucleLabs Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to CanAgentUse in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

28. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BucleLabs Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of CanAgentUse;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights;
  • Your submission or scanning of unauthorized websites, systems, or resources;
  • Your Content;
  • Your misuse of scan results or reports.

29. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, hosting failures, third-party service outages, government actions, cyberattacks, power failures, or other force majeure events.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-product notice, website notice, or other reasonable means.

The “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised.

Your continued use of CanAgentUse after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

32. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

34. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

35. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, operation of law, or otherwise.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in the Service, form the entire agreement between you and BucleLabs regarding CanAgentUse.
